Events coming up

Hungerford Food Festival, 10:30-4pm, Sunday 6th October

Visit us on the Town Hall steps talking about what we’re up to and how you can get involved. We’ll have an activity for children to plant acorns and other seeds to grow into trees and a composting demonstration.


Fruit Harvesting Day, 12-3pm, Saturday 19 October

Meet at John O’Gaunt Youth and Community Centre, RG17 0AL


Bring along any fruit you have harvested and would like to swap, donate, juice or cook up into chutneys, crumbles etc on the day. This event is being co-hosted by Hungerford Food Festival Group.

Bring along your empty bags, bottles and containers.


Tree planting, 12-3pm, Saturday 30 November

In support of the Woodland Trust’s campaign to ask one million people to plant a tree, we invite you to join us. We are looking for suitable planting locations in and around the town, please contact us if you can help.


HEAT action meeting, 7:30pm, Monday 21 October

Hungerford Club, Croft, RG170HY

Meeting to review our recent activities and plan what’s coming up. We will also use the meeting to take action to reduce our carbon footprint e.g changing over to a sustainable energy supplier.
